What are the payment methods?
Payment is made through a secure payment platform with encryption technology, and you can pay by debit/credit card, Bizum or Paypal.
Will I receive any documentation with my purchase?
No, the order shipment does not include paper documentation (delivery note or invoice). You will only receive the items.
Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Of course. When placing your order, please provide your tax identification number (NIF). Invoices are not sent printed with your order. You can download it from your customer area or request your invoice by contacting us at administracion@idealium.es
