Idealium Club - Loyalty program
✨ Idealium Club is our store's loyalty program, designed to thank you for being part of this knitting community. With each purchase, you earn points that you can redeem for direct discounts on your next projects.
Joining is completely free and you'll start earning points from your first purchase.
How does it work?
For every order you place at Idealium , you'll receive loyalty points. These points accumulate in your account and can be redeemed for discount coupons for your next purchases.
You just need to have or create a customer account to start enjoying all the benefits. You'll find direct access to the club in the "Idealium Club" bubble that appears at the bottom left of your screen.
How to earn points
- Make a purchase: You earn 5 points for every €1 spent (tax included). Points are approved 2 days after the order.
- Register for the Club: 100 points for creating your account.
- Visit the store: 10 points (once a week).
Check your balance and ways to earn points from the loyalty panel in the club bubble.
💰 Redeem your points and save
When you have enough points, you can exchange them for discount coupons that can be applied directly to your cart:

To redeem your points, open your club dashboard and select the "Rewards" tab. If you have enough points, you can generate your coupon and apply it directly at checkout.
Status of your points
- Approved: Now available to redeem for rewards.
- Pending: in the process of validation (normally 2 days after purchase).
- Cancelled: Automatically deleted if a purchase was cancelled or refunded.
From the Club dashboard, you can check your points and activity history at any time.
Practical example
If you make a €50 purchase, you'll earn 250 points . When you accumulate 750 points, you can redeem them for a €5 discount coupon on your next order.
