Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered under special purchasing arrangements, such as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries according to the duration and frequency you select at the time of purchase.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery, unless you choose an upfront payment option.
  • Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you may cancel the subscription before the applicable date.
  • You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time.

Order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription, where you can make changes or cancel it.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet available in stock but will be available soon.

  • Depending on the product, we may charge the full amount, a partial payment, or simply authorize the payment method and process the full charge at a later date.
  • You may cancel a partially paid pre-order provided it has not yet been prepared.
  • If the order has already been prepared, it cannot be cancelled, although you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Try before you buy

Under the “try before you buy” option, your payment method is authorized before the order is prepared, but you are not charged immediately.

  • You will have a specified period to decide whether you wish to keep the product.
  • If you return the item within the specified period, you will not be charged.
  • If the return is not received within the indicated period, the full amount will automatically be charged to your payment method.
