Shipping

☑️ When will I receive my purchase?
All orders are shipped from Spain. You can check estimated delivery times on our Shipping page.
☑️ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order amount. You can see all current rates on the Shipping page.
☑️ What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order in mainland Spain . In other countries, the minimum order is €30 .
☑️ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe. You can see the specific conditions on the Shipping page.
☑️ How can I track my order?
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and the information needed to track the status of your package.

Returns and guarantees

☑️ Can I return the products I have purchased?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The full procedure is explained on our Returns page.
☑️ What conditions must products meet to be returned?
Products must be unused , with their original packaging or labels , and in perfect condition. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
☑️ Who covers the return shipping costs?
For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, which correspond to the standard shipping rate for the area. In cases of issues or defective products , Idealium will cover the collection and replacement shipping costs.
☑️ What do I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?
If your order has any issues, a defective product, or an error in preparation, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt. We will review it and process an exchange at no cost to you, or a refund if a replacement is not possible.
☑️ How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and verify your return, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund will typically take between 3 and 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Payments and billing

☑️ What are the payment methods?
Payment is processed through a secure platform using encryption technology. You can pay by credit/debit card , Bizum , or PayPal .
☑️ Will I receive any paper documentation with my purchase?
We do not include paper documents (delivery note or invoice) in the package. You will receive your confirmation by email and you can download the invoice from your account or request it from us by email.
☑️ Can I request an invoice for my purchase?
Yes. If you need an invoice, please provide your tax identification number (NIF) when placing your order. You can download it from your customer area or request it by writing to administracion@idealium.es .

Idealium Products

☑️ Can the colors vary from the photos?
We try to make the photographs reflect the real color as best as possible, but the tone may vary slightly depending on the screen or device from which it is viewed.
☑️ Can t-shirt yarn, crochet cord, and skeins vary in thickness or texture?
Yes. As these are textile materials, slight natural variations in thickness, texture, or finish may exist between batches, especially with t-shirt yarn and cord. This is normal and does not affect normal use or the final result of the project.
☑️ What type of projects is the Idealium cord designed for?
Our cord is primarily intended for crochet projects such as bags, handles and accessories, and is commonly used in combination with t-shirt yarn to reinforce and give structure to the pieces.
☑️ How do I know which material to choose for my project?
Each product page includes usage recommendations (for bags, baskets, rugs, and crocheted accessories, among others). You can also consult our Idealium Academy and Blog for guides and tips tailored to your project type.

Account, points and loyalty

☑️ How do I redeem the points I've accumulated with my purchases?
You can check your balance and redeem points from your account. You have all the information on the Idealium Club page.
☑️ Do I need an account to make a purchase?
You can make your purchase as a guest, but we recommend creating an account to save your data, check your order history and take full advantage of Idealium Club's benefits.

Yes. Idealium offers supplies for haberdasheries, physical stores, creative workshops, and online stores.
