Step-by-step pattern
BOTTOM EDGE
- Cast on 210 sts with white yarn.
- Knit 2 rows in garter stitch.
- Knit 8 rows in stockinette stitch.
SECTION 1
On the next row on the right side of the work, without cutting the white wool strand, we take the green color.
- Row 1 (RS) in green: *knit 5, insert into the next stitch 2 rows down, pull the stitch out by taking a yarn over, join it to the next stitch on the corresponding row, and knit them together*. Repeat from * to * across the row.
- Row 2 (WS) green: purl the entire row.
- Row 3 to row 6 white: knit the 4 rows in stockinette stitch.
